RED STAGE
Designed for young starters, Red Stage uses oversized, low-bounce balls and reduced court sizes. This helps children hit comfortably, enjoy longer rallies, and develop skills in a safe, supportive setting.
ORANGE STAGE
After Red, students progress to Orange, where balls bounce a bit higher and travel slightly faster. The ball is regular size but softer, making it easy to track and hit. With a bigger court, kids build longer rallies, learn to serve, and grow match confidence.
GREEN STAGE
Green is the final Hot Shots stage before competition squads. Players use slightly softer balls on a full-size court, making rallies smoother while keeping control. The focus is consolidating technique, sharpening tactics, and building confident matchplay.
