At DHA Tennis Academy, we love tennis and are passionate about helping kids of all ages and ability to love tennis too! Our tennis coaching is delivered according to the ANZ Tennis Hot Shots program, which means your child will play tennis at a level that’s right for their age and skill. They’ll also use lighter racquets and low compression balls, to quickly help them build their confidence and tennis skills. 

Our junior ANZ Hot Shots program, including our Yellow Ball Program and high performance training are all held at two locations in the western suburbs of Melbourne - St Albans East Tennis Club and Albion Tennis Club.

Learning and playing tennis is a great way to encourage kids to get active in a fun and social environment. Tennis lessons provides kids with both physical and social development skills. Not only will they develop skills like agility, speed and flexibility, but they’ll also gain invaluable life skills such as teamwork, dedication and self-confidence. It’s also a great way for them to meet new people and make friends. We offer free trial lessons at our Saint Albans and Albion locations, so contact us now!

Our coaches honestly "love tennis"! The DHA Tennis Academy team is lead by head coach Darren Ha who is a highly professional and qualified Tennis Australia coach.

Darren picked up his first racket when he was just 3 years old and hasn't looked back since! His passion and skill in tennis has led him to compete in National and International tournaments and in the highest level of competition in the NSJTA. Darren is currently coaching nationally ranked players and loves working with children, especially the cheeky ones! He loves spending his spare time with his beloved family and friends and their children.
