Adult Cardio Tennis

Cardio tennis is a great way for adults to play tennis in a social environment whilst getting a great work out. The program is designed for players of all ages and fitness levels! 

$15 per 45min Class 

We run our programs according to the Victorian School terms. Over the holidays we also run school holiday clinics which are designed for students to play with others with similar age and abilities. Classes will always run over public holidays and long weekends unless you are notified otherwise.
