Medical Liability

Tennis like any other sport can be tough and injuries may occur. DHA Tennis Academy coaches conduct lessons in as safe an environment as possible and will not be held liable for any injuries that occur to players as a result of any incident or accident happening on the court. 

Photography and Video Recording

By enrolling your child in the program, you give consent to the coaches of DHA Tennis Academy to use photos and video recordings of students taken during the lessons for educational and promotional purposes only.

Make-up Classes and Cancelation 

If your child is unable to attend their class, you should notify your coach as soon as possible. A make up lesson will be organised only if you provide your coach with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Without notice, no make up lesson will be provided. No refunds will be given for non-attendance at group or private lessons.

Please note that no credits are available, and your make up options are:

       A)  Makeup sessions on Saturday or Sunday morning during school holidays

       B) Alternative class with available spaces

       C) School holiday programs

Once payment has been made for group lessons there is no refunds if they decide to leave the program. Students are unable to stop lessons mid term and transfer payment to another term unless there is a serious injury or illness. 

Weather Policy 

In case of wet weather or extreme heat situations, you will be notified as soon as possible. Classes will be canceled and you will be notified if weather conditions are too dangerous. 

A make up lesson will be organised if a class is canceled due to heat or wash out.

If you do not hear from us, please assume that lessons will still be going ahead. 

Fees 

Invoices will be handed out to students at the start of the term. Payments must be paid by the due date to secure your child’s place. A late fee of $20 will apply if payment is made after the due date.

Joining Fees 

A once off joining fee of $40 will be charged once your child has been enrolled in the program. (3-12 years old) A tennis racquet and DHA T shirt will be included in the joining fee.
